Oct-Nov Update

Firstly… Thanks to those who have subscribed to the page!

YWAM in New Zealand had a get together for 5 days at the end October in Oxford. Letitia and I were able to reconnect with some old friends and make some new ones as well. Joel and Alex came down from Zion to join us at the Hui (meeting). It was so good having Joel and Alex there to help us represent Zion and bring what God is doing in the north to the whole whanau around New Zealand.

A large part and focus of meeting as a whole YWAM body was to share and update each other on what God is doing in our nation, and what plans and visions he has given us for the future. I for one was so inspired to hear the testimonies of faith that were shared about ministries being pioneered and miracles that are happening in our country as people step out and trust Him. There was space for practical growth as leaders, and gleaming some skills and knowledge from each other, which Tesh and I took full advantage of. Near the end the Hui we had a time where leaders from around the different bases got around Tesh and I to pray for us as we step into this new season and role. It was an amazing time of receiving words for the future and encouragement, we couldn't be more thankful for the support of the YWAM family here in NZ.

This last weekend was our last Sunday at Harmony church here in Christchurch. We were prayed for and sent out by our congregation, and it was truly powerful and encouraging for us and we can't wait to carry on walking with Harmony from afar!

Some things looking ahead...

- A growing vision for us as a staff team at Zion.

- Preparing for the coming January school.

- Letitia and I are on the doorstep of going back to Colorado for the holidays.
